My name is Adam Candassamy. I have been a wellness/ fitness coach for the past 5 years. I haven't always been into fitness and wellness but I started to develop an interest into it the older I got.

In my early 20s I started to live in emotional states like anxiety and depression. I was making myself ill and not even realising it. I would be trying to cover my moods by drinking excessive amounts of alcohol and eating junk food. The thought of trying to be fit or live a healthier, happier lifestyle seemed like way too much effort and I didn't believe I had the time to look after myself.

Now I am 33 living a much happier and healthier lifestyle. I did that by focusing on different aspects of my health in order for me to feel better. I have spent countless hours learning from the best people within their industry. I then started to train people, mostly focusing on fitness. But I would advise my clients to try different daily health practices to make them feel healthier and happier. Some were able to add these happy habits to their lifestyle but a lot of my clients said that they just didn't have the time to do them.

A lot of my clients do have very busy lives. So I realised I needed to create a course that even the busiest person in the world would have time to do. The #1 thing I've learned throughout this entire journey is...?  👉  You don't need to spend hours of your day going to the gym, meditating for 30 minutes, journaling for another 30 minutes, run for an hour etc etc etc ...

What I found is if I do certain healthy practices daily even if it's just for a minute. The accumulation of doing them daily increases the quality of my life and many others.

But remember it is the compounding effect of being consistent with performing the tools. Do I need to be strong and fit before starting?

No you don't need to be in good shape to do this course. A lot of the tools you learn are not physically demanding. However, if you have a serious medical issue then this course may not be suited for you.
